I have an extensive background in retail and corporate sales management. I am a very results-oriented person. My belief is that people buy people. I believe with the correct leadership, the right team, proper processes, and excellent coaching anything can be achieved.

20 years ago I was fresh out of college and thought it would be a great idea to get into the retail automotive industry.  3 years ago, I decided to take what I learned and move over to the corporate side.  It has been one heck of a ride.

I have dedicated this site to every sales person in the world, no matter what industry you are in.  People buy people and that has nothing to do with just automobiles.  I hope that with this site you learn something new or remember something old.  The day you stop learning is the day you stop earning.  Here’s to every salesperson out there!
